I've never posted pictures before so I hope this works! And moderators, please adjust sizes if need be!
Blueberry Banana Pie-basic date nut crust with blueberries and bananas blended with some cinnamon for the filling, frozen.
Caramel Dip-the by now famous recipe by Rawpriestess!
My favorite salad-I have this almost everyday. Romaine, tomatoes, avocado, carrots, celery, cucumber, corn, raisins, sunflower seeds or pine nuts, dressing of one orange, apple cider vinegar, garlic and nutritional yeast.
Alissa's Mock Salmon Pate
Alissa's Date Nut Torte with raspberries, Halva balls, Date-Nut balls, and Lemon Swirl Cookies (these were store bought raw cookies).
I wish I'd taken pictures of Alissa's Pecan Pie and Carrot Cake as they are both lovely (presentation!) and very very delicious! Next time I will capture them on film!

I just love the pictures of the food. I ate bananas with almond butter and wrapped in romaine leaves.
It was so yummy. I may just have that again for breakfast tomorrow morning.

Thank you everyone for the thoughtful comments! And Poulsbo isn't really THAT far from you Rawkinlocs and bring along Rawpriestess and Dragggon too! Dinner time is anytime you all arrive!
Oh... and I do see that our sheetrock shows in the background of one of the pictures! Ha! We just moved into our new home this past month (it has so far been a 6 year project!) and it isn't done yet?! So my kitchen really is "in the raw!"
And I will post more pictures as I also love "seeing" the recipes!

Oh, yum! I was hesitant to try out a few of Alissa's recipes, but seeing pictures of a few of them.....I'm definitely going to try them sometime!
Thanks for saying you used a tissue roll. I'm usually clever but couldn't think of what I could put in there to shape the tacos.

Thanks Jenna!
Yeah, if I were making more than one, I probably would have just folded them onto each other...but as I mentioned, it was experimental and I didn't want to do too many...wished I had've after the fact though.
Thanks RP! Yes, it was all delicious! :D

Awesome - great idea about the tacos. The fam does tacos with the M.F. meat alternative. Now I'll have some shells so I can join in using veggies.
Did you dehydrate it with the tissue roll on? It won't be hard to start saving those things around here.

You're all inspiring me! I've connect with a fellow raw fooder here in my town (thanks to someone this board, actually!) and will be meeting with her regularly to prepare raw meals. . . .I hope to have something this beautiful to show soon!!

Off to the store I go to get the ingredients. can I use frozen blueberries instead for the pie. If so, would I defrost them first?
thanks for sharing those photos, So inspiring they are.
