The Real Power Of RAW

I felt so good today after losing that one Pound. Later in the Day I went outside, put on a Cd I like, I Cranked it up real Loud and Started Dancing to the beat of the music. I was lifting my legs up real high to my chest. Doing twists and turns and bending, and just had a Dancing good time. I did it on and off for 45 mins. too. To think just that lemon Drink and 3 bananas had all that power. I have not done that for so long. But I got to tell you it was fun fun fun. When I was a boy My mom Send me to Arthur Murry Dancing School to teach me how to do ball room dancing. Oh I Remember that like it was just yesterday. When I got old enough to go in a night club I was dancing and just having the most fun at it too. Not the ball room dancing but the girls at the club taught me there Routine, and while all the people were drinking to get up enough Nerve to dance, We 12 had the dance floor to our selves for about an hour or so. It was just so much fun. I was thinking of that when I was dancing today. Now I am all sore. I used Muscles that have not worked for awhile. But they better get use to it, because I am going to do more of that for sure. Who knows there might even be a pound loss tomorrow from all that moving. Oh it sure was fun too. Sounds like you had a great time!! I loveeeee to dance! I have music playing all the time, in whatever room I am in. I am always dancing in my computer chair while I'm surfing the web or working. For years I never went anywhere without my Walkman. I dance while I'm cleaning and uncooking. I dance with my little dog, Mandy. It's a great way to not only exercise, but to raise your spirits! When I dance, it's mostly to 70's disco music, but I have other favs too. :D Between raw and the lemon drink and the dancing, you'll see more and more of those pounds melting away quicker than you can say, "Shake Your Groove Thing". Come to think of it, let's dance now!

I had the Footloose cd on, and it was playing Dancing in the streets it has it two different ways on there too. Then I put the Stones on and that got me going too. I love the 60's 70's 80's after that there are not many that I like. I am still so sore Wooooooooo!!! It was alot of fun, really it was. No one can see in my very private yard eighter ha ha ha. One of my necessary "tools" when working on houses is my radio ... so I can work to the beat! Just "Play me some country music" (Alabama) and dance around the room!

Could never figure out folks that go to dances and sit on a chair the whole evening ... music just kinda makes ya move! -- Have you see anyone frowning while dancing???? I don't think it can be done!

Yes, my iPod shuffle slipped under my shirt and into my pocket is by far the best KITCHEN appliance I've got!!! Keeps me going when I'm standing over the counter juicing carrots or doing the dishes. :D

yeeAH...o snap dancing is so much fun!!...school dances...whatever dances...its all good...i dance around my house all the time...mi familia yell at me all the time...i love "dancing in the moonlight" by Toploader...and the piano music to the Amelie soundtrack...b/c it sounds like ballet music...though i don't take lessons...but i'd luv to...keep on dancin!!!! :D :p :cool:
