Hi Doug,
I am following your example. Please tell me what is your formula that you are drinking and how many times a day do you drink it. Also how soon do you start eating your meals after you drink the lemon water.
Today is my 3rd day drinking it, do you add any sweetener to it, I have not been adding any but I guess I could add just a little.
Thanks for leading the way.

I juice 2 Lemons and put them in a quart of water, I have one teaspoon of Raw honey, that I just eat off the spoon. It also helps to melt the fat. Just make sure it is raw. If it pours out of the bottle it has been heated. Raw is kinda waxie like. At night I have a pint with one lemon and one more spoon of the raw honey. It sure seems to be working for me so why not, see how it works for you. Doug In Calif........ :)

Douglas, congrats dude on that pound lost forever! You can do it! [ Man, whenever I say or type You can do it I'm reminded of that daggonit Geiko insurance commercial where that has-been fitness guy "Tony Little" shouts out "You Can Do It!!!" as he strides that ski machine [ Anyway, I digress... ]

Keep it up for the long haul... I'm rooting for you.

Raw honey does not mix into anything unless it is heated up. But then it would not be raw. SO I eat the honey and Drink the lemon juice. Doug in Calif...... :) :D :o

I put raw honey in my smoothies all the time. It mixes up great in the vitamix. I'm sure it would work in any high-speed blender.

I actually read this post yesterday, and decided I must try the lemon trick. So today I put lemon in my water most of the day.

I hope you all don't think I am completely nuts, but...I've literally been having VISIONS of lemons for a couple of days now. I imagine them sliced, very thinly, and using the entire thing, peel, pith and all. I wonder if my body is trying to tell me that there is something in the peel or pith that I need. Anyway, so I sliced my lemons paper thin and put several slices (like a whole lemon's worth) in my glass. I kept filling up the glass all morning and into the afternoon, just leaving the lemon slices in there. Tasted GREAT! and I am going to do it again tomorrow.

No honey yet, but if that is the key to success, I'll get some!!!!!! :p
