Lettuce folding techniques

Anyone care to share with me some tips on folding lettuce leaves to "stay down" and not flap back up. Surely there is some type of tuck technique so it will keep its form.

I've used pate to "seal" the edges and they usually stay in place.

The "secret" is to (as Autumn said) use some pate' filling as the glue, PLUS, dehydrator or soak in warm water the lettuce leaf to soften just a tad, it wilts it just enough to allow it to fold without breaking.

this works wonders.
