Dear All,
Been examining raw for a while, already a serious organic vege with occasional (organic and well sourced) meat intake. Just started a few days back with my flatmate on green smoothies after doing some Summer reading. So far we've had carrots plus their greens with apple/pear, beetroots plus their tops with pineapple/apple and other similar varients.
Up tomorrow is chard, prob with apple and frozen blueberries...
So the problem is me and my flatmate are having hours and hours feeling pretty light headed after these smoothies for breakfast, its actually a bit uncomfortable. Are we doing something wrong? Is there too much fruit and is feeling light headed just part of the adjustment process?
Any help or advice appreciated.
