Today I tried 2 recipies from Alissa's book...delishous! (sp?)Very good. :D Does anyone have suggestions for a tool or something to make summer squash slices really thin and stringy?

Have you trieD the saladacco? Alissa sells them on her site! I have one and it works great!

A saladacco is probably what you are looking for. Sometimes it is called a spiral slicer.
