Hello, my name is Laurie and I saw Alissa on The Today Show several months ago. She had a green cucumber juice that she had the hosts of the show taste. She said that it would help your face. I can't seem to find her book anywhere in town, and was wondering if someone could possibly e-mail, or just reply back here, with the recipe. i would greatly appreciate this. Thank you!

You can juice cucumber straight or mix it with other fruits/veggies.
Do you have a juicer?

My favorite juice combo is:
1 apple
1 cucumber
celery (I usually do about 3 stalks)
1/2 " piece of ginger


I think Alissa had straight cucumber juice on the Today Show if I remember right. Cucumber juice is light and refreshing.
