Hello, my name is Laurie. Several months ago I saw Alissa on the Today Show, and she had samples of her raw cucumber juice. She said that it was really good for your face. Since then, I haven't been able to find her book anywhere and I really want the recipe to this cucumber juice. Laurie,
do you have a veggie/fruit juicer? That's all you need. Cuke juice is only cucumbers juiced. SOme people peel, if it's organic, I don't peel because there are so many great nutrients in the peel! Hope this helps you out! Also, go to Alissa site (click on her name in the upper left corner) and you can get her book there!
