I'm interested in buying more natural and eart friendly clothing for my children. But I do not want to spend a fortune, either! Can anyone recommend a good website(s)?

Thanks!

Here are some links to my favorite organic children's clothing sites:

www.greenbabies.com

www.purebeginnings.com

www.bluecanoe.com

www.jomamaco.com

www.underthenile.com

www.shop.cosmicripple.com (my shop)

I hope you find this helpful

Also, regular hand-me-downs (or clothing from garage sales, thrift shops, consignment stores, etc.) are less likely to have as many harmful chemicals still in them as they did when they were new. My own wardrobe is made up of mostly thrift store items and I only buy the more expensive organic cotton, hemp, etc. when I feel like splurging.

when my four were little (I have a set of twins too!) I often shopped at ecobaby.com I would buy on sale or the irregular stuff. Now that they are older and can RUIN clothes in 10 minutes-I buy at consignment shops, salvation army or Good Will.

Although I just placed an order with b_light! (thank you for that link-I have been looking for the backpack you have listed), I sometimes shop here:

http://www.mamasearth.com/

And don't forget eBay. They sometimes have organic clothes being re-sold, and you can get pretty good pricing now and again.

I actually just opened a store that sells organic baby clothing and other stuff. Check it out sometime at www.absolutelyorganicbaby.com.
I hope you like it!
