View Full Version : Almost can't sleep from increased raw energy:>

Has anyone else noticed that, besides feeling light (literally and metaphorically) that you need less sleep eating raw? I remember reading about it in Alissa's book and have noticed that lately I am almost "wired" from eating raw! I notice it most at night.
What a lovely benefit. Skin brushing also gives me huge amounts of energy.
Just thought I'd ask if anyone else has noticed this.

I use to take 2 or 3 naps a day. Now I hardly ever take one. I read books instead. Or I just read all the post on here. It feels good don't it. I am high On life now and I keep losing weight so easy on this lifestyle change. I am just going to stay on this program forever. It works for me well. Doug in Calif melting away and very happy........ :) :D

I'm totally wired from eating raw! I do these "raw" dances around the house all the time. My husband thinks I'm going nuts. But he's not complaining.

We are all on different sleep wave lengths lately at our house. Some days we sleep a lot and other days we can't get 2 hours in. That's frustrating for my husband, ..well, the rest of us, too.
I just bought a bath skin brush ( soft/medium natural bristle). Where can I find a TRUE edocrine-stimulating skin brush? Anyone know?

I TOTALLY feel this way! I am starting to exercise every morning (monday through friday) to see if that helps. It's kinda weird to WANT to go to sleep and feel wide awake at bed time. But regular exercise should help.
I bought my skin-brushing brush from a local store that sells handmade, natural soaps. It's downtown, in a touristy area, but their soaps are so great that locals flock there too. I think I've also seen them at health food stores. But I think soap or personal care shops with a natural-y vibe are probably your best bet. You will LOVE it -- it feels so nice, makes your skin SO smooth, and everyone says it gets rid of cellulite. Too early to tell for me, but I have high hopes. :D
