I believe I read in a post here something about excersizing is good for your heart but when you run and stuff it burns only blood sugar and no fat....Like it takes you 30 minutes to get into the aerobic heart rate zone and then another 30 to burn out the blood sugar and then only after that you will burn fat... anyone know what post that was in? thanks.

That is not really an accurate picture of cardiovascular exercise. I will see what resources I have on the subject.

Here is a good article to read on this subject. Basically what you are talking about is the fact it takes the body 20 min to burn the glycogen stores in the muscle. This is a general rule as there are many variables, time of day, last time ate, did you weight train prior to cardio...intensity and so one. So check out this simple article.

Teresa Tapp, a physical therapist and the creator of her T-Tapp workouts, has done a lot of research with exercise and blood sugar. Her workouts were even studied by universities a couple of different times to clinically reduce blood sugar in type two diabetics within 1 to a few workouts. in fact they've written clinical articles on it. Also, people are healing all kinds of illnesses just with doing her workout for like 15-45 min a day, 2-3X/week. Illnesses like fibromyalgia, MS, chronic back pain and other joint issues, herniated discs, even cancers. There is WAY more to the physiologic responses of exercise than just getting our heart rate to a certain level for a certain amount of time, it appears. Her introductory DVD explains the science of this more. IT's definitely great exercise-non-impact and not traditional aerobics type stuff.
