Need ideas with this recipe

Alright, I am planning my "menu" for my potluck that we are having on Sunday!
I am making the Crab Delight recipe from www.fromsadtoraw.com and they suggest using the big lettuce leaves to put it in.
I don't want to use the big lettuce leaves though, any other suggestions to use instead?!

savory crust make it like a quiche
put it on celery
veggie rounds like jicama
