Taking the good prize into consideration, I'm thinking of buying one as my first dehydrator. Also I like very much that it filters the air. Would like to hear some comments on it or other l'equip dehydrators.

I can't speak for the dehydrator out of experience with it, but that is the next one I am aiming for at the moment. I have one of their juicers and have been very happy with it's quality and the juice produced. I see the dehydrator as much easier to clean in a standard double sink being the trays are rectangular as opposed to round as my current D is. It's capacity would be more than sufficient for what I do.

Are you dehydrating for yourself of a family. I guess that would be one major consideration, but of course you can add several more trays to the base model to expand it I believe.
This is the only style dehydrator I've used....where the heat source is below. I don't know how they compare to cross flow units.

You don't say what price you've found, but I'd say for the price I've seen them at, they would be a very good choice.

I found it for 250$. I heard that its good for fruit, but maybe not so good for crackers and more thick things..
