whatever you fancy that fills you up/cools you down/or whatever feeling it is you want at that time.
There is no good or bad really as long as it's raw.

^ Think the raw eggs person is a troll ;)
Don't drink raw eggs ever. You could get all sorts of illnesses from doing that, it's disgusting and it's not health beneficial. It also funds animal cruelty which is always a negative too.
Why don't you try an energy boosting smoothy?

Sprouts are good.
How much raw food do you eat, from your question I'm guessing you're not on a purely raw diet? If you're game you could try 100% raw for a month and see if your energy levels increase (as they do for most people).

Wheatgrass juice, green sprout juice and AFA blue green algae immediately after is supposed to be good to build muscle and recovery.

I love lots and lots of fresh fruit after exercise, especially watermelon!

Dude count your macros. Maybe you're not getting enough protein. You generally want carbs and protein post workout in order to build muscle. Hemp protein is always a good choice, you can blend it for better taste. Some chia seeds are good as well...
As for your tiredness. It could be many things. You need to give more details about your situation in order to properly analyze it. How old are you? Are you overweight/obese/average? What kind of exercises do you do and how many to,es a week? Do you get enough sleep and calories for your body? How is stress for you? The problem might be related to diet and exercise or it might be a Symptom of something else.

Tim VanOrden is an athlete (runner) from Vermont and according to him, he haven't lost muscle mass by doing fruits through the day and a lot of greens at night.
As per Brendon Brazier a tri-athlon athlete. Recommend to use fruits as fuel and greens for recovery. He takes also sprouted rice, maca etc..... just google to find his site and recommendation.
So fruits seem to give the fuel/energy and the greens help to rebuilt
All the best!

This is great news!
I cannot explain why, but my body enjoys fruit after a good cardio work out. If I eat it fruit before cardio the workout seems to go better also.
Please don't confuse me with one of those bias "fruit people" where they just want everyone to eat fruit fruit fruit. I typically get 40%+ of my calories from fat when I am sedentary, but when I work out it's a different story.
That being said the wheatgrass juice idea is very interesting. I'll have to give that a shot. I just need to get into wheetgrass (buy the stuff). lol

Well.. Mr. Robh you must not forget that different persons have different requirements and different adaptation in different environment and physical work out so do what suits to your body.I do agree with fruits because it suits me..

Have you heard of SunWarrior Raw Vanilla protein? It's a raw plant based protein. You should try making a smoothie with 1-2 scoops of that with some greens & bananas & some other fruit. That way you get a big dose of protein and carbs - which is perfect for post workout.
