hi..glad to be in raw food world..just new here.
Guys..need your suggestions..regarding the best raw food rich in protein after my exercise..?I feel a little weakness during my working hours..looking forward...!!!!

Welcome!! I wish you the best of rawesome health!! I would suggest a green smoothie for quick recovery - greens are packed full of protein, and bananas are high in potassium. Add to that any fruits you like and knock it back!! :cheer:
