Raw Angel Mom

She isn't vegan or vegetarian but after experiencing a 21 days cleanse on a vegan diet with mainly fresh food, she had changed her view and now consume more plant food.
She has raw vegan recipes in her site. This is huge from her. She was so much into animal food.
Here is one recipe she has, just search: Raw Zucchini and Carrot Lasagna with Almond "Ricotta"
All i can say, i am so proud of her. I have always worry about her health when those supposed health expert would recommend her to have so much animal food for weight lost. Good grace, anyway, i am glad she is discovering life from food.

Oprah Winfrey
Talk show host, activist, author
Hang on - did I read that, Oprah eats raw food?
Oprah famously did a 21 Day Cleanse with author Kathy Freston where she ate a vegan and largely raw food diet.
"At the end of the 21 days, I could not declare myself vegan or even vegetarian. But I am, for sure, more mindful of my choices. I'm eating a far more plant-based diet. Less processed food. Thinking about sugar and fat consumption not in terms of calories but in terms of what happens to my well-being."
Oprah is one of my biggest and long-lasting role models. I can totally appreciate her struggle with her weight, but I definitely applaud her for experimenting with raw and other plant-based diets.
