Hi everyone
Actually I have been a member of this forum for some years, since I have been eating raw food on and of for the last 7 years.. I have been on raw in average a few month every year, so mostly of.
Last July I got diagnosed with breast cancer, which of course was a huge shock for me, being a vegetarian for 17 years, never smokes or drinks.
But even a vegetarian diet can be unhealthy. This has always been my thing, either I'm very healthy or very unhealthy.
Thanks God, I have a huge network who strongly believe in healing the natural way, and I got fast in contact with doctors who have a lot of experience with healing cancer naturally. So I choose not to have any conventional treatment or surgery.
I took MMS and a lot of plants, and in a few months the tumor was already smaller. To make a long story short, I stopped doing my treatment so severe like before and the tumor started growing again. Now its approx the same size as one year ago, but it didn't spread, and its still on stage 1.
I stopped with the MMS, but I'm taking a lot of different herbs and remedies, and now I just started 40 days juice fast which I might prolong to 60 days. I feel great, and I strongly believe that I with this juice fast will have very good results removing the tumor.
I thought it would help me to write in the monthly fasting thread, so thats my plan.

Oh just wanted to add, that I also feel its essential with emotional healing, so I'm doing a lot of that also... Brandon Bays therapy 'the journey' have helped me a lot, and I recommend it to anyone.

I wish you light and love on your journey. Remember to do things like meditate, laugh, and spend time with people you love as these can be medicine as well.

One of the reasons I think raw food is such a powerful healer is because not only does it give you optimal fuel but it raises your entire energy vibration which makes it easier to stay optimistic and positive no matter what life throws at you. When you eat live food you can't help but feel better emotionally as well as physically. Sometimes raw food can cause you to clear the muck out of your subconscious by making you face your hidden fears which resonate on a lower frequency than the positive energy you get from raw food. This clash of energies can be uncomfortable but it's really a gift, if you know what blockages you have in your subconscious mind than you know what issues you need to resolve to clear them away. This makes room for more love and light to flow into your life. This in turn will improve your health by releasing happy hormones into your bloodstream that help your cells to grow healthy. Cancer starts in the mind and raw food is a tool of love and light that will cleanse it not only from your physical body but also from your mental and emotional bodies so that it never returns again. I am so happy you have found this path of healing! Infuse your life with as much positive energy as you can, both from food and in the rest of your life as well and you will be well on the road to reclaiming the healthy body that you deserve! Best of luck hun, I admire your courage and optimism so much! I hope you find raw food to be just as self-empowering as I do! :)

Thanks for the warm welcomes, and kind words of encouragement.
Hej Revvel. I'm from Copenhagen. We actually wrote together in another thread a few years ago.. If I remember well you live in Scotland or Ireland now, or am I completely wrong? :)
Lovelyjewellz: I completely agree with everything you wrote, and this is exactly how I feel, and how I always felt when keeping a raw diet. And I also agree that cancer cells start in the mind. Healing from cancer is a matter of healing all parts of the being, and the emotional healing is essential. Thank you for you inspiring and kind words.

Hej Bagalamukhi,
We live in Southern California, U.S. I've never been to Scotland or Ireland. Don't think he has either. :)

True, which is why he chose to move here rather than me move there. A bit overly hot here at the moment but, it's desert. To be expected. Seems y'all are having a pleasant summer though, yes? :)

Well not really. Until now its been very changing weather, but mostly a bit cold. There have been some good weeks here and there, but few. This week is ok for beach, but in few days will be rain again :(
