Nutritional value of V8 is what? It tastes tomatoey, so does that mean it has retained any tomatoey nutrition? Apple juice doesn't, correct? Is it nutritionally closer to say apple juice than it is to a freshly made juice?

If it's in a can, bottle, package, not raw and most nutrition has been eliminated. Taste can be added ~ had absolutely nothing to do with nutritional value. Look on the can for what they claim to be the nutritional value (possibly obtained before pasteurization) and especially look at the sodium content. It's not even close to freshly made juice.

I'm eating these kale chips that claims on the back that it has 500% of your vit k per serving. I don't believe it.
