I took about two cups of wheat berries and one cup of water and liquified it all up in my vitamixer.

Then I squeezed the liquid out with a nut bag.

Made the pulp into little squares for the dehydrator.

Can anyone tell me what the liquid is that is poured off? I froze it in ice cube trays not knowing what to do with it. It's white, like milk.

I guess it's wheat milk but it would probably be better if the wheat had soaked over night. It will contain gluten so not good if you have gluten issues I suppose.

thanks for your input. What I did the second time is dehydrate the whole wheat sprout, ground into flour, than added blended tomatoes and basil. Very delicious.

Wondering though, if dehydrated twice might defeat the nutrition content.

Any ideas.

I dried at 115 degrees.
