All,

Someone's link yesterday or today led me to www.livingcookbook.com software (http://www.livingcookbook.com). I went through the online demos and this package looks like a great way to organize my recipes, prepare shopping lists, share recipes, etc -- possibly a great timesaver.
Has anyone bought this software and used it? I'm interested in hearing how you use it, or don't use it for that matter.

What's the link?

The link was there in the original post; however, I prefixed the link with the standard www. prefix to make it more obvious. Just position your mouse cursor over anywhere on "www.livingcookbook.com software" and click. Sorry for the confusion.

Cheers, Gil

Oops - thank you. :) I should have read a little more carefully.

Hi, I just checked it out and it looks very useful ! I think it would be a very handy tool and the cost is not bad. I am concerned that I would have time to sit and enter all the info everyday.

Thanks for the link, let us know if you try it.

I bought the package today and so far it is incredibly easy to use!!! First thing I did was wipe out all the existing recipes ;) Next, I created recipe chapters based on Alissa's book just because it was the closest Raw Recipe book -- plus, I liked how Alissa subdivided her recipes. Finally, I captured GlimR's Tuna-ish pate recipe and pasted right into the application -- minimal effort.

imho, this package will be an awesome tool for me to organize recipes. Plus, I like how it automatically computes the nutrition info. I know many RAW fooders aren't overly concerned with nutrition info but I've always been curious about nutrition info for recipes. I'm also just tired of having to pull out different recipe books or copy and paste into a 3-ring binder. After all, I am a computer programmer by trade :)

If you're interested in the program, just check out the online demos. That sold me immediately. Cheers, I'm finally off to bed now...
