Hi. I´m 28, female. I really wanna go fully raw , i try but i slip so often.
I know this is the best for our health but it´s so hard for me to be 100% raw.
So i´m here to give it a chance to success. Wish me luck.

And forgive my writing mistakes.

hi spain . majority of modern people have gotten in the habit of eating way too much , along obviously with eating all kinds of unhealthy garbage . so my veiwpoint is besides moving towards raw foodism we must move towards eating less . ive been into fasting 5 years and have learned i can perfectly survive on way way less than i was used to eating , and fasting helps me attain greater control over appetite so i can put the brakes on gorging myself . plus coming off fasts , even one day fasts , i find raw meals totally satisfying . where as before getting into fasting shape i really needed cooked vegan to satsify my appetite . heres link to thread i started to help get into a fasting habit : http://www.rawfoodtalk.com/showthread.php?66844-lt-lt-lt-lt-lt-the-monday-fasting-club-gt-gt-gt-gt-gt&highlight=%26lt%3B%26lt%3B%26lt%3B%26lt%3B+monday+ fasting+club+%26gt%3B%26gt%3B%26gt%3B%26gt%3B

Bienvenida y suerte. En los bares bebe el zumo y come las aceitunas y ensaladas. Spain is the olive capital of the world!

Thanks for the welcome. I totaly agree we eat so much food...i have to try fasting.

Gracias Hurraw. Zumo natural es lo que tomo por ahi o agua. Con gazpacho y ensaladas es fácil vivir aqui.

I love gazpacho.
