I plan to go 2 times a week, max allowed in my state.I know basically I just need plenty of water,93% by vol made of plasma.I am wondering what foods are best for plasma production.
lol good question. I think leafy greens, sprouts, algaes/seaweeds and nuts/seeds pretty much. Berries. I use fruits pretty much to stimulate digestion or to "tonify", but it requires having had your nutrients already or along with them. As for the sprouts.. I would not use the grains or legume sprouts unless they were grass juices and pea greens.

Coconut water! Why? Because it is so close to human plasma it can be used in an emergency in a transfusion!

I've heard fresh squeezed orange juice is helpful too. Maybe the vitamin C has something to do with it? I'm with walnutty though, I'd try to find a young thai coconut and drink the water.

Fresh squeezed pinapple juice mixed with coconut water. For some bulk maybe some raw almonds and some raw naturally fermented pickles.
