If you are in upstate New York, Eastern PA or in parts of Maryland, Wegman's grocery stores now sell, chia seeds, gone raw bars, raw "superfood cereal" and (to my surprise) sprouting supplies and kits.

I found it pretty cool that raw foodism is becoming well known enough that grocery stores (all be it a high-end grocery store) are now catering to us.

My local health food store doesn't sell sprouting kits, raw bars or raw cereal. Wegman's is really ahead of the curve.

Anyway, thought I'd share.

Wegmans isn't bad at all, although if you have a Whole Foods close by, you will never step foot in Wegmans again.

Not sure what happened to my post. Forum ate it, I guess.

Anyway, I will have to look for the raw nuts and seeds. I didn't see any but that might be because they are just now changing the health food section. Maybe I will see them after it's all done.

Willpower, I wish we had a whole foods. :(

"Living Intentions" brand of spicy seeds are delicious! I am addicted to them!
