Hi All,
Well, it's that time of year when nuts are bountiful in the regular grocery stores. I LOVE hazelnuts and picked up a bag of them today. Now this may seem like an easy question but, are they raw?? They don't taste cooked. They're still in the shelll, and nothing says cooked on the bag...no roasted or anything like that. So, what's the verdict? are they raw?
