I sprouted some garbanzo beans and would like to make a raw hummus.

Sorry, I can't help you...but I wanted to mention that my favorite raw hummus is made with zucchini instead of garbanzo beans. Have you had raw, sprouted garbanzo beans before? I've heard they are very hard to digest.

I make mine with soaked cashew and sprouted sesame seed.

I prefer eating the sprouted bean as a salad or just like this. I find that you cannot achieve a good humus recipe with chick peas.

Maybe someone will post a recipe soon for you that used the chick peas, if not, search on line, you will fine plenty of option.

All the best!

I have one good hummus recipe....
ingredients
1 16 oz can of chickpeas or garbanzo beans
3-5 tablespoons lemon juice
1/4 cup liquid from can of chickpeas
10/2 tablespoons tahini
2 cloves garlic, crushed
2/3 tablespoons olive oil
1/2 teaspoon salt
Preparation:
Drain chickpeas and set aside liquid from can. Mix remaining ingredients in food processor or blender. Then add 1/3 cup of liquid from chickpeas. Mix together for 4-5 min. on low until thoroughly mixed and smooth.
Place in serving dish, and create a shallow well in the center of the hummus. And then add a small amount of olive oil in the well.

The person asking wants a RAW recipe. This is a cooked recipe you have posted.
