Hi there,
I use to be on this site many years ago as Flutterfly:heart:. I have stayed a certain degree raw all these years and now ready to continue on the path to 90% raw. My kitchen is all set up, and I have a good supply of food. Just moved into a very nice apt. that has the most wonderful kitchen for going raw.
Would love to meet other raw foodist and maybe some from Wisconsin also

LOL I remember you, Flutterfly! Unfortunately, I can't remember the name I used to go by :-( I joined the board in 2005, dropped off sometime in 2007, rejoined in 2009 and was only briefly active and back again now. I too have stayed a certain degree raw, but have learned a lot along the way and ready to re-commit :-)
Best of luck to you!

Hello HappyLife :)
I am a new newby to the forum :) Nice to "meet" you! Good for you, 90% is amazing, I am at 70% right now.. What makes a kitchen a good set-up for going raw?
i have a refrigerator... ha like everyone does, besides my vitamix blender what do you suggest to make it more raw friendly?

Thank you Karabell, it is very nice to be back. I got so much support the first time I was here. Your going to love it here!
For me I needed to get anything that wasn't raw out of my kitchen ( made a good friend happy). I also keep my nuts, seeds, crackers, etc in jars that I get at Walmart for $1.97. It helps to be able to see what I have, everything is ready for me to eat incase I come home from work starved.
