I'm craving bread type food, so I'd like to make crackers and eat them with salsa or guacamole. Anyone got any good recipes?
I have amaranth, quinoa, rye berries, wheat berries, buckwheat, flax seed, all available at home, can I make crackers with them?

Hi! Do you have Alissa's books? She has recipes for Crackers that uses the Flax Seeds, Pizza Crusts that uses Buckwheat and ones that uses Flax, Granola Cereal that uses Buckwheat (Raw Food For Everyone), breads that uses Wheatberries, Bagels that uses Rye Berries... There is a great soaking/sprouting chart in Living on Live Food! Make sure you're activating the enzymes in those items before you're eating them...
Hope that helps! :-)
