OK, I have my juicer ordered, and I'm planning on starting a 92 day juice feast/fast Aug 1st. I'd love to use the pulp to get more fiber into my non raw family, but I'm unsure where to start. wwyd?

You can make burger with them or crackers or some bread treat.

One time, i made a juice with Jerusalem Artichoke, carrot and garlic greens. I processed the pulp in a food processor with salt and hemp seed. I ate it like this and i dehydrated the rest, it came up as a nice bread Italian style sort of.

There are so many possibilities that you can use these pulps beside compost.

I would think brownies and burgers/meat loaf would be the easiest way.
