I'm not new to juicing, and in fact, I joined here some time ago and forgot about it! I started juicing back in the mid 70's when I was in college. Started with a Braun centry, then on to an Acme, then a Champion in the late 70's. I still have the Acme and the Champion--they seem to be indestructible. Over the years I've had a bunch of different juicers, still have several. I use the Omega 8003 upgraded to 8004, and have for several years because at least half of my daily juice is leafy greens. I admit, it still mystifies me why people want to use a veggie juicer for fruit! Other than apples occasionally, I would never do that. I think it must be the stupid infomercials just dupe newbies. Oh well, they'll learn--if they stick with juicing long enough. I'm delighted to find this forum again.
