Tomato Pesto Rawvioli

I am absolutely IN LOVE with this recipe! Good timing that I found it during the height of Tomato and Basil season :)

I modified the pesto but the concept and combination tastes amazing. I made this for dinner last night and today I made 2 more trays worth - they're dehydrating for tomorrow. I'm probably going to eat these until I'm so sick of them that I'll never eat them again!
