Vitamin D3 breakout [Archive]

Hi

I have started taking liquid vitamin D3.and have experienced breakouts..is that normal???

I don't think so, but it depends on what kind you are taking. What are the ingredients?

By far the best way to get vitamin D is by soaking in the sun, but if that isn't possible another good source is sunflower green sprouts. There are other vegan sources too, but I'm not thinking of them right now.
