Did anyone has read about dr. Emoto's work?

Just to highlight, he did research on water and he found out that the water has a consciousness and respond to work, music, image etc....

you can distorted water or you can heal it.

This is a nice youtub for some experiment he did.

Anyway, my point of this post is to remind ourselves that we are made of mainly water and our food also.

....Many has concerned about food not being fresh or fruits not been proper...

Have you thought to bless your food or at the very least to say thank you with the intent that it is perfect for you. I buy my water but then i put it in a glass jar with wonderful words on it. This water taste amazing.

The best apple that i ever eaten was from my husband who intent that all the love in the universe be content in it. Without knowing, i had a bite and my first reaction, was wow, what kind of apple is this, regardless it was a typical apple it was so good.

....How about your internal dialogue sounds like? or how are your believes about yourself.....

Remember, that you are phenomenal, amazing and perfect already. Your thoughts about you, your actions and what people think of you doesn't matter as long as your remember at the end of day that you are whole and complete. Your inner light cannot be altered ever, your thoughts only affect the surface never the content. Remember who you are always and the surface will shine.

"I am love, i am provided, i am abundant, i am worthy and "i am whole and complete".

Raw food flush out dead emotions, and it is important to only observe these emotions while you know that you are worthy to be loved always and you are love.

All is well!

Very true. The secret to juicing is that all of the life energy in food is in the water (has to do with special water properties), so you get all of it in the juice without having to expend most of it digesting the fiber. You just need to make sure that the life energy is still in the food, which is why juicing sprouts + weeds is the best thing you can do for your health.

A very effective technique; if you go back far enough you will see that in the past everyone used to bless/give thanks for their food no matter where in the world they lived (not just one culture did it, but everyone). This changes the energetic properties of said food and actually makes it healthier and better for you. This does help to counteract the (major) drawbacks of buying nearly dead store-bought produce that was probably picked while unripe, weeks ago, and grown in depleted + devitalized soils, but why settle for making the best of a bad situation when you can do the same thing with sprouts and feel the amazing benefits they have to offer?

Also, like you said, it's the water that is responsible for all of this.* Food frequently starts to dehydrate after being picked and so rapidly loses capacity for life energy. Have you seen how many stores mist the greens to keep them from wilting? Ten-to-one says they're using dead, toxic tap water to do that

I'm just raising those points because they need to be raised, but I think this is a wonderful thread Raw Angel Mom. Too few people think of the energetic world and the power of thoughts/emotions/love when it comes to health. I like the way you talk and feel like you have an amazing energy about you.

*Mainly, although to a lesser degree it even effects the spin of the electrons in the food and causes them to affect your body in better ways as well.

I find your story impressive and being able to feel great in all level with Sprout. It would be interesting to know how you cope with family and friends?

Both my family and friends thought I was a little crazy at first, but they've both come to accept it, more or less. I think most raw vegans that have problems with their family/friends in regards to their diet have one thing in common - they aren't paragons of health. It's easy for someone to talk down on something if they don't see the results (if you look weak and sickly and you're a meat eater, you're sick...if you're a vegan, you're not getting enough protein or nutrients, lol), but no one I know disputes the power of my diet because my health and well being are enough of a testament to its effectiveness. They're actually awed by my health and well being...but that;s not enough to get them to try it for themselves. Someday...

Not to beat a dead horse, but it's true...eating a diet composed mainly of store-bought produce and unsprouted nuts and seeds just doesn't cut it for most people in this day and age. The fact that there are plenty of long-term raw vegans with health issues is enough evidence for this. If you grow plants in fertile, living soil with all of the necessary elements for life, not one single plant will get any disease or be eaten by bugs (I have no insect or disease problems in my garden). Humans are fundamentally no different. If we're getting all of the nutrition we need, we cannot get sick. Period.

If you never get sick, you always walk around full of energy and good cheer, you're capable of things nobody else is...well, pretty soon people want to know what you're doing and if they can get some of those benefits. That's when I tell people, and then they really have no choice but to believe that the diet works. Let's face it; if you're an SAD eater and a weak looking, sick person comes up to you and starts proclaiming the benefits of raw foods, are you going to believe them? Probably not. Someone who practically embodies health, however, and whose every movement and word shows that, they don't need to say anything. You'll be begging them to tell you what their secret is.

If anyone has trouble with family or friends because of diet or lifestyle choices...just do your own thing. In almost every case people will at first be shocked and look at you askance, but eventually they will come to accept it. This is actually based on how the brain works; the first time you encounter something new, you tend to resist it (especially if you feel like it threatens you). Every subsequent time you encounter it, it becomes more and more familiar and the brain's resistance is eroded until finally you accept it as a fact. That's how brainwashing and advertising works. It is also why so many sick people, who have been sick for years, act hopeless and have no belief that they will ever get better. They've come to accept it as a fact of life. The only thing that will jolt them out of their stupor is seeing someone who fairly glows with life, who seems to be healthier, have more energy, strength, and confidence then is humanely possible. We can all be that someone...you just need to do the right things. One of the biggest ones is to start eating foods that have the highest nutrients and electromagnetic vibration/life energy possible, because this energy is absorbed by your body and has tremendous effects if you continually take it in at every meal. There are many other ways to cultivate it, but diet is a very very effective one.

What foods am I talking about, that have all of these nutrients and energy? Sprouts. The freshest, most alive, most nutritious food on the planet. You don't have to be a sproutarian to gain these benefits (although for maximum effect you do), just adding a few green drinks made form still-living, still growing green sprouts (NO fruit) will give you amazing benefits. Try it and see for yourself...you may very well be amazed.

On a side note, my family (parents in particular) actually gave me more grief over being a "standard" raw vegan then a full-blown sproutarian, paradoxically. When I first went raw vegan, they thought I was being downright stupid and that there was no way I could be healthy like that. I quote, "You can't get enough protein if you don't at least eat veggie burgers!" Heavily processed, soy-based junk...no thanks. As time went on, they got slightly more used to it, and came to accept it even more when I started getting a little healthier (cleansing undoubtedly had a lot to do with that too). Then I decided to live on sprouts. You really should have seen their faces then :) Now they were convinced that not only could I not get enough protein on this diet, but that I couldn't survive on this diet and eventually, after sufficiently wasting away, I'd be a good boy and start eating SAD junk again to, ahem, "repair the damage" I was bound to do going on this sprout-based fad diet. LOL.

Boy were they shocked a few months later when my health far surpassed their's in every way. The discrepancy is so huge it isn't even funny. They now refuse to do any kind of exercise with me because it leaves them feeling inferior :)

Just to get the point across I challenged my brother (an avid exerciser, at least...my other one's extremely lazy) to a 10-mile race through heavily wooded, steep terrain. I didn't even practice, and ended up doing it twice before he could complete it once! That even shocked me a little, so now I hike the whole thing every day and spice it up by doing pull-ups on tree branches, weight lifting with big rocks, and swimming across the lake nearby just for a challenge.

So while I was a "standard" raw vegan they looked down on me, now they I went sproutarian have no doubt whatsoever about the superiority and amazing benefits of this lifestyle and look up to me, but are still too lazy to do it themselves. *sigh*

My parents are starting to get "old" now, though, so maybe eventually they'll listen to me and try it out, then watch as they have more youth and energy then they did in their twenties. They believe me, because they've seen the transformation I went through; they just don't want to give up their yummy-tasting poison just yet.

I have no problem either with my family. Of course in the beginning, they had to get use to me and i had to have a plan for eventual question. What is tricky, is that when you have a young child, you are walking on egg shelf. Meaning, they can decide that the child is in great danger for not having meat or dairy. Anyway, i managed by following my intuitions and guidance.

My question about how you deal with family wasn't very detail, i am just wondering in term of feeding them. For me, i prepare food by tasting. My daughter loves simple food but she many time wants to try different gourmet food that would mimic the cook food (She just curious about what her friend eat but doesn't want cook food just the raw version).

When my friends or family come to visit, they are all into raw food experience. It is like for them coming to a spa, so they are excited to come and i am kind of expected to prepare raw gourmet. Since that i am seen as the chef, i am the one to prepare food. I do promote them to try as much simple food as possible and to use the gourmet as a transition.

Anyway, i happened to have a lot of sprout that i bought from my friends and i will try to just juice it with nothing else. I am planning to start a fasting tomorrow but not necessary liquid fasting but no fat, no raw gourmet, salt etc.... just smoothie or fruits or juice. I want to finish with a water fast.

I do need my fruits and to make up that they aren't fresh, i bless them. I feel it bring them back to life.

All the best!

I don't have a wife or children, so I don't have to worry about that.

Great! You're doing a great job raising her on raw foods.

That's the key. It's unfortunate you have so much trouble growing sprouts, the price it takes to grow them is a fraction of what you can buy them for.

That's wonderful. It's really not that hard - soak, rinse a couple times a day, and in a few days you have a crop of beautiful sprouts.

Have you read the Sprouting! thread (http://www.rawfoodtalk.com/showthread.php?64973-Sprouting!&highlight=sprouting%21)? It has a lot of good information on how to grow specific sprouts.
