Hi Everyone,

Is there a large difference between the nutrition of a soaked seed vs raw? I'm only able to find nutritional information on raw seeds, is there any resource out there to indicate the nutrition of soaked seeds?

Thanks,
raczyk

I think soaked is the same as raw except it gets rid of the inhibitors. Now if you take them as far as sprouts the nutrition is quite a bit different. Sprouted seeds and nuts are much better for you than just soaked ones.

Thanks for the info. So without the inhibitors we're more able to absorb the seeds/nuts nutrients. Now I'm curious of the different sprouts nutrition, this is fun, :).
