A few days ago I sort of overstuffed myself. At the end of the day, I was feeling pain in my stomach, like I'd filled it to the max. I'd been eating mainly bananas and strawberries and some cooked vegetables. But since then, every time I try to eat something I get full really quick. Like after a few bites, even if it's just fruit. It's really frustrating.

I've been having some acid reflux too, depending on what I consume. I'm a little paranoid, thinking I might have a hiatal hernia or something. (My sister has one)

I don't really know what to do. I'm basically being forced to fast by my own body for right now since it's uncomfortable trying to eat. And the last thing I feel like doing is making a doctor's appt just so they send me more bills and basically do nothing.

If your body says fast then fast. Be gentle on yourself. Eat very small meals if that is all you can manage and you don't want to fast. Listen to your body.

Thanks for replying. /nods I'll guess I'll just have to see if going off food for a few days works. Maybe clear out excess waste.

Ty a colon cleanse and enemas/colonics while fasting.
