Hi

Can anyone help with my situation?
I had psoriasis/eczema really bad and was given steroid cream..majority of it has gone witht that..but I don't want to keep using it and there are weird bumps/wart like things on my arm now as well..
Can anyone recomment a natural solution to this? I have eczema/psoriasis for about 15 eyars of my life and only on this elbow.
Thanks in advance for any input

Are you following a raw vegan diet?

definitely. Especially if you still eat dairy. My bf has psoriasis and since going raw three weeks ago his skin is much improved. He does have a lot of dreadful eating to compensate for though so I am hoping he'll stick with it long enough for it to really be more obvious.

The skin is an organ of detoxification, like the liver and the kidneys. If they get overloaded, it shows up on your skin in the form of psoriasis/eczema/acne/whatever unsightly blemish. Try doing a colon cleanse in conjunction with colonics/enemas and a juice fast if you're really dedicated to getting rid of it. The whole "magic bullet" belief is seriously flawed. Don't look for any one thing to put on your skin to miraculously clear it up, but instead work to improve your health and remove the burden on your body holistically and as it doesn't have to work so hard trying to remove the massive quantities of toxins in it then your skin condition will clear up naturally.

That's not to say that there aren't natural remedies that will clear up your skin only, but that it isn't the best approach to take. Try to improve your health overall and eventually all of your complaints will go away.

From my experience I would look at underlying liver issues. I've known people with liver cancer and heavy drinkers and those who have had their livers aspirated due to amoebic dysentry. All had skin problems including psoriasis or boils or unhealthy skin. Don't use manila honey on your skin if the cause of the skin complaint is a sluggish liver. Deal with the sluggish liver. Ok so your liver might be fine but that is where I would start.

Totally concur about liver health and colon health being associated with skin health, but I would also question the warts (if they're really warts). IF they're really warts, then this can potentially indicate immune insufficiency or immune suppression. Certain toxins can not only cause liver/bowel/skin problems but can also suppress the immune system - heavy metals are one such kind of toxin. Magnesium deficiency can also be associated with immune insufficiency, and thyroid insufficiency can have a negative effect upon immunity, too (heavy metals can disrupt thyroid/endocrine function as well).

Do you have other health issues/symptoms..?

You seem to have good advice here.

Without question ditch the dairy.

Wart, etc... could be also a sign that you aren't metabolizing the sugar well, you may want to look in to that. Another reason, to ditch the dairy. If you do a 100% raw, you will see a definite improvement. Eat your fruits, they are great for the skin. Parsley, dandelion are great for liver and kidney. Keep searching, there are amazing food that mother earth provide for all of us.

All the best!
