hey does anyone know of a good cucumber recipe that i could make in vitamix that would produce a liter drink to make daily. I don't have a problem with straining it either and I buy organic cumbers so i can use the skin. I already do a liter of greens daily and also try and get in carrot juice. Thank you!

This is a recipe called Anti Aging G Water. I would like to give credit to Jane at blenditandmenditdot.com for the idea. It is more the consistency of water
than a smoothie. It makes enough that you can have it and sip on it all day. I love it!
7 cups water
small handful of greens like parsley
1 cucumber
ice - optional
Blend in vitamix. For variety if you want you can substitute the following for the parsley: a couple of pieces of romaine lettuce or 1 small piece of kale.

Actually, cucumber is really good to our skin but it is new to me that we can do this into cucumber drinks. I really don't have an idea what would be the taste of it. So, I do researched and I found lots of Fresh Cucumber drinks http://www.yummly.com/recipes/fresh-cucumber-drinks. I would like to try these recipes.

thanks for the replies. I will experience some more and check the link above. Last night i just made my own version. I used the carrot drink in the vitamix book. 5 carrots, 1 cup water, strained. I then put the strained carrot juice back in the vitamix container and added a half of large cucumber. I blended for about 20 seconds and then strained it again. Once i got it strained, i put in 1 juiced lemon and added a few ice cubes to glass. It got me a liter of drink and was actually pretty good. A little strong on the cucumber but went together pretty well. Definitely would make this drink again.
