Are you wanting to make raw taco meat?

If so, all you need is the walnuts and whatever seasonings you like. Put the walnuts into a food processor with the spices and process to your desired consistency.

No, just regular hamburger meat (ground beef). I have been searching for a recipe for meat and mozerella cheese, and I have only found a recipe for the mozerella cheese(using macadamia nuts).

I am surprised no one has come up with a recipe for plain hamburger meat, or chicken.

I'm not understanding what you're wanting exactly... I see you want ground beef - - but all the 'meat' type recipes I've seen are for something more specific. Like Walnutty mentioned 'taco meat' or Italian Sausage (meat balls), tuna salad, etc. because it's all in the seasoning for that particular need/recipe.

I've got 4 'chicken' recipes such as sesame chicken, mock chicken salad and mock chicken steak.

There are also a lot of burger recipes for the dehydrator...

What are you wanting to use the hamburger for -- a pizza?

No I was going to try to make hamburger helper or some kind of macaroni with tomato sauce, ground beef, noodles, and mozzarella cheese.

Tomato sauce:

4 medium sized tomatoes
1/2 red pepper
1/2 cup of dried tomatoes
oregano to taste
basil and olive oil to taste
salt and pepper to taste

Noodles:

Sliced up zucchini

Mozzarella cheese:

2 cups macadamia nuts
Water
1 tbsp. freshly squeezed lemon juice
1 tsp. salt

Ground beef: ?

Since the tomato sauce is spiced with Italian-type seasonings, I wouldn't want to 'fight' that in the hamburger meat. Here's a recipe that may give you an idea. I've got more, but I don't have time right now to post them: (And with the recipe below - you do not have to form them into meatballs. You could even crumble it out on a dehydrator tray and deh. it if you wanted to to make it more crumbly/dry.)

Amazing Italian Meatballs - Nini

12 oz. white button mushrooms
3/4 c. walnuts
2 T. Italian seasoning
1 t. garlic powder
1 t. celtic sea salt
1 small red pepper
1 small tomato

Blend it all together in the food processor. Put them on the teflex sheets in little "meatball size" balls. (They won't form a real ball.) Dehydrate
I make a marinara and pour it over the meatballs and they are delicious!!

I use this same recipe to make pizza burgers! I topped it with raw pizza sauce, onions and sliced red pepper in romaine leaves. Yummy!

They are wonderful! Mine form nice little balls, are very moist. This time I doubled the recipe and made patties out of them. They taste sooooo good with Alissa's marinara sauce! I really like this recipe.

For me, it was a non-issue as I did not like or eat meat even before I learned about exclusively eating living foods a decade ago.

Hmmm. Lately I have been letting my mushrooms soak in olive oil and spices and it tastes pretty good. If you add nuts to it and maybe some spices that's usually used in hamburger seasoning it would be good???

walnuts
garlic
onions
coriander
olive oil
sesame seed oil
basil
coconut oil
paprika
sea salt
pepper

Get cherry tomato

1 pack of walnut (about 2 cups or less),
pinch of sea salt,
pinch of paprika
1 clove of garlic or Onion
about 1 table spoon of sesame oil
3-4 cherry tomato

Pulse in your food processor. If you want to make it more babercue or hamburger, get burrito spice

You can add cayenne pepper if you have any
