Have you or do you juice okra, malabar spinach, or other veggies with mucilage?

I did the malabar spinach this morning. Yuck. Oddly father in law liked it, but I think he was being polite. The taste wasn't an issue, but throwing down 400cc of a near gelatinous concoction was not as pleasant as my other random juices. So a quick google got me to the root cause. Mucilage. Other than helping your BM passage, any other good reason to ingest it?

I love these in smoothies, with lots of spinach and kale and a cucumber and/or celery

I love it when it is cold and put some lemon and a pinch on sugar in it.
