I was totally raw for 3 months and felt great but i've fallen off the wagon and cant seem to get back on it.

I wake up to fruit or a green smoothie, lunch varies but is always raw and finally a hearty salad for tea. I grow my own sprouts fairly regularly too.

The problem is at night, around 9pm. I just get help but devour an entire packet of biscuits, pretty much every night. Ive always had pretty bad binging habbits and i just cannot seem to over come this. Even the thought of food is always on my mind, its extremely draining.

I'd like to know of any tips or help anybody may have and also some late night raw snack ideas i could replace. Preferable sweet and cheap. (Dates not a good idea, tend to binge on a 400g bag of those too!)

Thanks for any help in advance.

don't keep these foods in the house. Eat more for breakfast and during the day and keep some healthy raw snacks for later on.

If you have a high speed blender you can make some ice cream using almond or coconut milk, an avacado, agave, and frozen fruit. I sprinkle raw cacoa chips on it. Guilt free:)

l really feel it would be made alot easier if you concnetrated on having green sprout juices and chlorella. This will really help take away the urge to eat bad foods. Here is an example of something you might want to try:

Breakfast
wheatgrass juice (very important)
fruit

lunch
kelp (imporrtant)
sprouted sesame seeds or whatever

dinner
500 ml of green sprout juice (very very important)
(something healthy to eat)

about 7:30 = 10 tablets of chlorella (very very very impportant)...this will; stabilize blood sugars and curve cravings for the bad foods

So yes, lots of quality green sprout juices are a must and so is chlorella, this will kill the urge if you stick with it.

Green smoothies are moderately o.k, but it is the potent green juices and chlorella that are really going to work and feed you so the problem is fixed.
* pea shoot juice
* sunflower juice
* chia green juice
* wheatgrass juice
* weed juice
* alfalfa juice
(all or some of those will greatly help)

Try doing at least 60 ml of wheatgrass juice a day and at least 500ml of green sprout juice a day (do even more if you can). lf you can't be bothered, just do wheatgrass juice, chlorella and weed juice at the very least....500ml of weed juice works wonders.

So where is the real power, from what foods?

The best way to start eating well and feeling mighty is to drink pea shoot green juice, wheatgrass juice, buckwheat juice (some) and sunflower green juice (all cold pressed juices). Alfalfa sprout juice, weed juice, chia green juice and other green sprout juices don't compare. Soil-less green sprout juices are really good, but the soil based green juices put a complete protective shield around you where you feel all warm and fuzzy all day and don't crave crazy foods....l know this because l have these foods and it is my experience (cloud 9 and feeling relaxed and in control).

Will Alfalfa sprouts and other soil-less green sprouts make you feel all warm and fuzzy and stop crazy cravings? No t quite as much! But you can still feel good (cloud 6 or 7, but not cloud 9 and invinsible). l find weed juice to be in between soil based baby green sprouts and soil-less sprouts, and hey...when l think about it, weeds are actually a higher star rating than soil-less sprouts, so yes, my instincts are spot on.

Will green vegetable juices make you feel all warm and fuzzy and stop crazy cravings? Definitely not!!! Not even close (maybe cloud 2 and struggling).

lf you want to include vegetables in your juices, only use them sparingly for a flavour enhancer. Best not to use them for primary nutrition ever. Same goes with soil-less sprouts like alfalfa and mung beans. The real nutrition is in sea vegeatbles, algaes, pea shoot green juices, sunflower green juices and buckwheat green juices and cereal grass juices....they should always form the bulk of the juices (but use buckwheat more sparingly). lt works, it really does. When Dr Clement mentioned these things, he was spot on.

Will blending achieve the optimal result? No way! lt will never get the top results in health, but it can still start the path to much better health.

Chlorella, kelp, sunflower greens, buckwheat greens, cereal grass and pea shoot greens bring on the best habits and results. But 500ml of weed juice is the next best thing, it seems to have something that other land foods don't have, and it also has a special impact on the mind. Try to get excited about weed juice and drink it one or two days a week until it comes out of your ears. Weed and flower juice is simply awesome! That'll sort ya out!!!

If this can help you to stop eating late at night: So far within less then one year, i have known two people that had an appendicitis. Both of them ate late at night. One had to have the appendix removed and the other who was doing raw vegan, was able to save it with enema and colonic.

Nothing good comes from eating late like this, not even with raw food, far worst with cook food. This is so hard on your body. Consider, to stop eating 4 hours before going to bed at least.

When i decided to stop eating after a certain time during the day, it was challenging the first day and it became easier every day. Drink water instead when you are hungry late like this.

All the best!

I think this is true even if one is a 'night owl' and stays up till dawn. I've put that to the test myself, for my sleep schedule went totally out of rhythm when my husband passed away and staying up till 4 in the morning was no longer even unusual. Years ago, it was not difficult, when I did that, to just stay up through the next day and get back on schedule. These last few years, I have not been able to avoid 'resting my eyes' long enough for the sun to shine on me and all I can do is set an alarm. I've come to the belief that our digestion still wants us to stop eating before dark, no matter what else we're doing. If I'd been invited somewhere and ate after dark, it always took me about two days to get over the meal, even a light one. In these early months of being 'raw,' I just stay home at night instead.

I think you need to eat a lot more calories during the day. How many calories are you consuming daily???
It sounds to me you need to carb up ...eat more fruit!
