Was AWFUL!!!!!!!!!! I don't think I will try again. It looked nice, the crust taste decent, the sauce was great, and even the pine nut cheeze was good. I loaded it up with fresh tomatoes, spinach, olives and artichoke hearts. Together it was this dry salty mess!!!!!! :confused  I even took a pic of my slice, that I was o-so-proud-of! 9122

I'm so sorry u didn't like your pizza!!!! It does look great! Did u use Alissa's recipe or another one? The crust looks a bit "dark"... Is it just Flax? The Crusts in both her books are incredible, but the one in RFFE is my absolute favorite!

Cut the salt out of the recipes. I'm still shocked when I look at raw recipes and the amount of sea salt people are using. Just because sea salt is better than table salt doesn't mean you should be using it just like you did table salt. People don't need so much sodium in their diet! Use kelp which has sodium PLUS extra vitamins and minerals that are actually beneficial. Or use celery for a little sodium boost.

Your pizza does look good though I'd throw a little more fresh chopped veggies on it. :)

I think it needs more topping. More tomato layer and more veggies. Less salt if it's too salty.
