How bad is non-raw yogurt? Obviously it's not great because it's not raw, but it does have good bacteria in it. I found an organic soy-based yogurt (I believe it's the Silk brand, but I'd have to check to make sure), which I really like. When I eat something that's not raw, would a yogurt like that (non dairy, of course) be one of the better things to eat? Or is it worse than I'm thinking it would be? I would think things like yogurt and sprouted breads would be the better things to eat, but I could be wrong.

You can make nut milk yogurt if you like. Either search the forum for threads or try YouTube for recipes.

Search, you can make delicious coconut yogourt or almond yogurt. so so much tastier and better.
All the best.
p.s What is important, is to always focus on your accomplishment. Every positive choice that you do for yourself count. If you are an impulsive eater, making an exception will be extremely challenging for you physically and emotionally to stick to 100% raw life style.

If there is any good in non-raw yogurt it's the probiotics. But, you don't need to eat yogurt to get the pro-biotics. You can now purchase them to take on their own or to add to raw cheese and other raw items.

That's why I've never tried the raw yogurt recipes in the raw books because they always seem to use tons of fresh coconut meat, which I don't have easy access to here. Are there nut milk-based yogurt recipes on this site?

You can make yogurt with an nuts. My favourite is almond yogurt. Rhio has a nice recipe on her DVD.
As for the young coconut, you can find an asian store near buy or you can ask your grocer to start to carry them. I didn't have access to them either EVEN my near buy Asian store didn't have them. Now, i can buy them in many different location in my area. Just ask to order them for you, and they will.
