I have a business called "Excited About Health!" and teach seminars on the Hallelujah Acres Lifestyle (85% raw/15% cooked). I am also a Skin Care Consultant for Olivier chemical-free RAW skin care products, which are pure olive oil and extra virgin coconut oil-based.
I certified with Living on Live Food, Level I in Toronto, ON in April, 2012 and will attend my instructor training in Gloucester, MA in September. I have just read Alissa's book, watched her DVD and my tummy is full of Fettucini Alfredo, Samon Pate and Date Nut Torte, as I work my way through her recipes! I have now decided to go 100% raw and my goal is to make EVERY one of the recipes in Alissa's book. Has anyone else done this?
