Hello I am trying to change to a all raw foods diet .There is only one problem I have no teeth and I cannot eat with my dentures.I am mostly on a diet of raw smoothies since I cannot chew most food .Can I live on smoothies ,and would it be bad for my health.Thank You.

as long as the produce is good quality and the variety is wide enough then you should be fine. The blender (don't blend too long) does what your dentures are unable to do. Let us know how you get on.

In between smoothies, juices, and nut milks, I don't imagine there's anything you can't eat in a liquid form that you can eat as solid food.

Most people don't chew their food as well as they shoud anyway! Just let the blender, food processor and juicer do the job that your teeth were designed for. You will be fine! Toothless meat eaters won't do nearly as well as you!

I think that you can get all of your nutrients but I recall reading a few years ago that Victoria Boutenko was inventing a jaw exerciser for people who lived solely or mostly on smoothies as she felt that the jaw needed exercising if you were not chewing.
