Hi...
I have this problem that is kind of getting out of hand. I started to study for exames last week, and have gotten serious munchies attack, and what have i turned to??? PINE NUTS.. and now i can“t stop. Everyday i am eating them by the handfull... any ideas on an imbalance, maybe??? something lacking???
I live in portugal and there aren“t any rawfood things...and i don“t own a dehydrator yet, so no crackers to munch on.. Basically i am on salads, pates, fruit and nut milk....oh and green juices...
thanks in advance for any "light" shed on my dilema.

Well, pinenuts have alot of oil in them, so maybe it is oil you are needing.

I would take the pine nuts, and mix with lots of other nuts. then take them with you. You can also add dried fruits fro the store, IF they have no sulfites, and are dehydrated at a low temp. So, I don't know if you have that available.

You might also try grabbing an apple or pear, or whatever fruit you love.

Although a hand full of nuts is easy and hard to smoosh in your pocket.

I wouldn't worry about it though, unless they are way too expensive for you, again, I'd just add some other nuts to the bag, and enjoy.
