I just got my iridology result, and i have a few issues that i need to take care of. One of them is my uterus area.

I bought a "heal all tea" that i want to douche with because apparently i got lymphatic congestion in this area and this will help.

I have never douche and i am not sure what to do.

Any advice of what to avoid, what to do, safety and recommendation?

Any kit that you recommend?
