Hello, I'm Tony,

Who am I, you ask? Well you are what you eat so lets start off with that. Monday thru friday I wake up pop a clove of garlic, down it with a water, drink my tea with honey and cinnimon, then I'll munch on nanners until lunch time. Lunch time I'll have a super big organic salad which usallly consists of arrugula, spinach, romaine, oak leaf and other leafy greens, carrots, grape tomatos, mushrooms, cucumbers, an avacado, about a 1/4 cup of soaked sunflower seeds and I'll top it off with a freshly squeezed orange. Then once I get home after work I make myself a big green juice which most of the time is sweetened with apple and carrots... oh and you gotta have that ginger. The juice is usually the last meal and throughout the day I'm usaully munching on fruits, mostly bananas.

Then on the weekends... I eat anything and I mean ANYTHING! (Anything that's edible of course). I suppose that would make me 70% Raw. I've been eating like this for about 2 years... Sometimes I'll juice fast for a day or two but other than that. I try to stay as healthy as possible durn the week. I know someday I'll go 100% one day but for now, I ain't there yet.

Welcome. Maybe after 2 years of eating mostly it is time that you graduate. Give it a go and see what you think.

Oh I have! I truly believe to be 100% raw is the most healthiest way to live, I have no doubt about that. I've done it before; when I first started researching into health I went 100% for 3 months and my body healed itself amazingly because of it.

Oh that's a good start but, aside from you need to exercise and maintain daily exercise that could help you to be more healthier.
