Hello everyone,
I have known about raw for years, but only recently made a decision to go mostly raw. I came upon this website the other day and spent hours and hours reading the Before and After section. It was so inspiring, and I look forward to being able to post my own before/after pics and story after while. Alissa's recipes look so amazing and wonderful as well. It just feels like a warm place to gain support in this journey, especially when the big, wide world can be so unsupportive, so thanks for being here!
