Hello everyone! My names is Lauren. I am a 26 y/o single mom looking to start a healthier lifestyle. I am already on Day 4 of a juice fast which will eventually lead into a raw lifestlye which I also hope to incorporate with my son as well. You all offer really great advice and tips here!
