Hi I was wondering if any of you have found anything that works as substitutes for cravings...
Like if you are craving chocolate...fudge balls are good...But what if you are craving grains like bread and raisin bran or anything dense. Im familiar with raw recipes but have yet to make anything with a dehydrator because the one i have is a 5 or so tray stackable but the lowest temp is at 125 degrees and the temp is not adjustable...i tried putting spacers between the trays to have more air flow exits but it still remains at 125. I know things mostly made in the dehydraot like flax crackers are good for grain craving but i am limited in what i can make now.

when I get craving for something like crunchy like cereal crackers I slice an apple and dip it in cinnamin and tocotreniols, some times I use the tocotreniols sesame seeds and cinnamon. It has a cinnamon cereal taste.

You need to buy one that will ajust the heat to the right place. Sell that one on ebay people are always looking for things like that too. I hope that helps Doug in Calif........ :)

I have found that by eating lots of fruit I don't seem to get my "usual" cravings for breads/grains. :)
