i broke my hand on mothers day (2 weeks ago). it was set on the thursday after that. im still in pain and very tired. Im also diabetic so i heal much slower than most people.
I searched forums for bone healing and found sesame seed. I have been adding them to my smoothies. Are they better sprouted?
I also heard about horse tail, but havent found a vegan version of it.
I am so depressed because everything is a struggle. i cant do things for myself. my family is helping but being helpless is still frustrating. I am back to work teaching high school but when i get home, i am exhausted.
I need something to help with depression, lack of energy, and anything about bone repair.
thank you so much!!

Sesame seeds are far FAR better sprouted, or at least soaked at the very minimum. But in your case l would be sprouting them. Also get out in the sunshine as much as possible. Also have alfalfa sprouts and other high boron foods such as chia grass.

I don't know if silica (one of the primary elements found in horsetail) is good for bone healing or not, but Mountain Rose Herbs sells 1 lb of organic horsetail for $8. Might want to be careful if you consume it though.

For now, I suggest you eat more brocolli. I hope you will do well in the next few weeks.

Thank you so much. I am seeing a new doctor since the first was too busy to answer questions. Still sore and swollen.

Eat some greens. They help me keep a positive mood.
You can make seasame milk with honey. It is so good. soak the seeds. drain rinse blend with 2x the amount of water and honey. It is soo good.

be careful with comfrey - I've heard there are negative effects, but for a short duration, might be ok.
As always - do you own research!

I am so sorry, hope you are doing better now.
I recalled someone from the rawfamily.com broke a bone and he was craving for sesame milk and wheat grass like there is no tomorrow.
Try to see what your body is craving for. If you haven't try a wide game of different food, you want want to try the sesame milk and wheat grass and see how your body resonate with this.
All the best for you!
